How to Request a Return/Refund

Navigate to My Orders
Go to "My Orders" section and select the order you wish to return.
Initiate Return Request
Click "Request Return" and select the reason for return from the dropdown.
Upload Evidence (If Required)
For damaged or defective products, upload clear photos or videos as evidence.
Await Confirmation
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, follow these four steps to keep your return eligibility intact.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage
Do not install or use defective products to maintain return eligibility
Free replacement or full refund will be provided for verified defects
